Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing firm. Job responsibilities include:
- Assist attorneys in the preparation and administration of trusts and estates.
- Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Maintain and organize client files and records.
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in the estate planning process.
- Coordinate and manage the probate process, including filing necessary documents with the court.
- Assist in the preparation of estate tax returns and other related financial documents.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in trusts and estates.
- Strong understanding of estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.

Salary:
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$85,000 annually
