Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and creative Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify top talent and define our value proposition to drive growth without compromising our commitment to our clients. You will primarily support DBTA where you won’t just recruit top talent – you will help define the culture and curate the future of this tax and accounting firm with unlimited growth potential and opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Lead the full life cycle recruitment process, including developing position descriptions, creating and managing job postings, sourcing talent, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, managing the interview process and candidate communication and extending offers
Act as a trusted advisor to Managing Member and partner with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with firm management to understand hiring needs and help drive recruitment strategy
Identify and implement creative, impactful sourcing strategies to identify top talent
Utilize inclusive hiring strategies to develop interview guides to enable productive and meaningful conversations with candidates
Organize, lead, and document post-interview debrief sessions with Managing Members, hiring managers and interview teams.
Assist in internship program planning and lead intern recruiting efforts through campus recruiting and key university partnerships
Participate in defining the DBTA value proposition and other talent branding initiatives
Maintain applicant tracking data and report on hiring results and recruitment metrics
Act as subject matter expert to the team, sharing insights on current best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Assist with DUGGAN BERTSCH, LLC recruiting as needed
You have:
5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition (accounting firm experience a plus but not required)
A commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle—from application to offer acceptance.
Excellent verbal and written communication
